The need for updates is glaring with water stains on ceilings. Temperature control is poor in the loft, and voices from adjacent units easily disrupt peace!!! Creaking furniture is another annoyance at night.

Where it excels and where it fails
The townhouse layout was perfect for our family, offering three sleeping areas and three bathrooms, allowing everyone their own space to unwind comfortably.
The furniture creaked a lot when moving, which disrupted our sleep at night, pointing to needed improvements in maintenance and comfort.

Great choice for trip. Magnificent location, beautiful views of the mountains and amicable staff. Location really close to restaurants, shopping, and downtown North Conway and New Hampshire and activities in area. Also, close to attractions. Recently refurbished and reasonably large rooms with comfortable beds and wake-up service. Had gates.

The indoor pool was a great way to unwind after a long day of skiing, and the kids loved the unique loft area for sleeping.
The air conditioning struggled to keep the loft cool, making our nights uncomfortable despite cooler outside temperatures.

The Two-Bedroom Townhouse provided excellent space for our family with three separate areas to unwind. The indoor pool offered much-needed relaxation after our ski outings, though temperature control was slightly challenging in the loft. A nice stay in North Conway!

The Two-Bedroom Townhouse fit our family perfectly with separate sleeping areas for everyone. We had three bathrooms, made getting ready easy. The indoor pool was a highlight, especially after long skiing days. The kids enjoyed the space, allowing them to have their fun without bothering us. The full kitchen worked great for preparing meals, saving us from constantly eating out. The mini-split HVAC units were handy for temperature control, with individual settings for each room. The main bedroom's queen bed had a noticeable dip was nice. The loft's temperature was uncomfortably warm, even on cooler nights. Some furniture creaked too much, disrupting sleep after busy days. While there were comfort issues, the family-friendly layout and amenities brought great value to our stay.

It was just a decent option for a quick stopover in North Conway with excellent value for money. The indoor pool was a great way to unwind after our long drive. Keep in mind that temperature can be tricky in the loft area at night.

The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub were perfect. The game room kept the kids entertained, and the full kitchen made meal prep easy. We also enjoyed our visits to nearby Mt. Bretton Woods. Just be prepared for some temperature variations in the loft.
The furniture in our unit creaked quite a bit, hard to sleep at times.
